The Government’s consultation on updating the School Food Standards is now open, marking a major step forward in improving the quality and consistency of school meals for children across England.

The School Food People, are encouraging everyone involved in school food to take part. 

School food plays a crucial role in children’s health, wellbeing and ability to learn, and these updated standards will help shape menus for years to come.
