Seaside Special: A Summer Celebration to End the Term

As pupils across the school prepare to break up for the long summer holidays, we marked the end of term in true British style with our most popular theme day – the Seaside Special.

Bringing the spirit of the seaside indoors, pupils were treated to a delicious meal of classic fish and chips, accompanied by traditional sides of mushy peas or chip shop style curry sauce. The unmistakable aroma of freshly cooked chips filled the air, creating an atmosphere that felt just like a day by the coast.

 Our service counters were transformed with cheerful seaside decorations, from beach balls to bunting, helping to set the scene for the day’s festivities. Adding to the fun, our catering teams donned their brightest summer hats, joining in the celebrations and bringing smiles to all.

With great food, vibrant decorations, and a joyful atmosphere, the Seaside Special was the perfect way to celebrate the end of term. A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success – and here's wishing all our pupils and staff a happy, restful summer break!
